  • Items marked as final sale.

3. Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund, please contact us at daniela@andersonpartners.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
